• Change of mind
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Sale items (Final sale – non-refundable)

• Requests to exchange or change an item will not be accepted under any circumstances.
• If your return is approved, the refund will be issued minus shipping and processing fees.
• If you’d like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is processed.
